Learner Agreement for Early Years Lead Practitioner & Management Level 5
Welcome! We are thrilled that you’re considering joining Azalea Academy for your Early Years Educator Level 5 qualification. We believe in you, and we’re ready to go the extra mile to ensure you succeed. This agreement explains everything we’ll do and what we ask of you so that together we build your success story.
1. Who We Are & What We Promise

Excellent, Extensive Teaching & Mentorship: Expert tutors, carefully designed learning materials, and full support through every step.
Tailored Support: Training delivery (remote, in‑person, or hybrid) chosen to suit you. Centres at Croydon, Wandsworth, Central London, Canary Wharf.
Guaranteed, Permanent Job Placement: We don’t just train — we place. Full‑time, part‑time, or flexible hours, aligned to what works for you. We take immense pride in having all our learners successfully placed and employed even after completion. Their progress is our proof.
Certificate Fast‑Track: With your commitment to completing payments and engaging fully, we will fast‑track your progress and issue your qualification certificate as soon as you’ve met the requirements.
2. Programme Details
Qualification Early Years Educator Level 5
Units To be confirmed by your tutor depending on the delivery and the support you need.
Typically around 17 to 23 mandatory units depending on the awarding body.

3. Costs, Payments & What You Get
Total Programme Fee: £2,500
Initial Onboarding Fee: £250 (due within 3‑5 working days of enrolment). This covers everything you need to get started: placement sourcing, learning materials, tutor costs, electronic portfolio, other resources.
Balance Remaining: £2,250
Payment Options:
Monthly Instalments: Spread over the duration of the course (12 months) or over your accelerated timeframe if agreed.
One‑Time Full Payment: If you prefer to pay all at once and fast‑track.
Important: Even if you choose instalments, we fast‑track learning and will issue your certificate as soon as your course is completed — provided you have honoured all your agreed monthly payments until the full balance is cleared.
Once you have filled out this onboarding form and signed the agreement, an invoice + payment link will be sent to you shortly.
4. What We Expect from You
For us to support you fully, these are your commitments:
Full Engagement: Attend training sessions, complete tasks, meet deadlines.
Consistent Communication: Respond quickly to tutors and our Recruitment Team—via calls, emails, messages. You’ll work closely with us to find and secure your permanent job placement, so we need your cooperation.
Honesty & Integrity: All submitted work must be your own. Avoid plagiarism. Be open about any challenges.
Dedication to Completing Payments: Stick with your payment plan until everything is paid. This ensures you get your certificate and fully benefit from the programme.
Focus on Employment: Work with our Recruitment Team, apply yourself in placements, and show up with the same professionalism you are learning. The placement you secure is something you keep after the programme ends — it’s your reward for your hard work.

6. Duration & Milestones

Standard Completion: Up to 12 months
Accelerated Option: 2 to 5 months (with full dedication)
Key Milestones: Payment of initial fee, regular submissions, attendance, job placement secured, final assessments, certificate awarded.
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We keep your personal data secure, compliant with legal requirements.
Your learning progress is private; we won’t share access credentials.
Information only shared where necessary for assessment, placement, or regulatory bodies.
8. What Happens If Things Don’t Go to Plan
If you miss payments, don’t engage, or fail to meet your responsibilities, access to learning materials, assessments or support may be suspended.
We believe in transparency: we’ll always discuss issues with you and try to help. But persistent non‑compliance could lead to termination of this agreement.
Your certificate and the job placement are conditional on meeting the agreement, including full payment and engaged participation.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England & Wales.
