Services (Training, Consultancy, Recruitment)

  • You have the right to cancel your service contract within 14 calendar days of entering into the agreement, provided the service has not yet commenced.

  • If you request that services begin within the cancellation period, you may be charged for any work completed up to the point of cancellation.

Digital Products

  • You have the right to cancel a digital product purchase within 14 calendar days, unless you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that this waives your right to cancel.

Physical Goods

  • You may cancel your order for physical goods within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.

  • You must notify us in writing and return the item in its original condition within 14 days of cancellation.

4. Returning Physical Goods

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or confirming cancellation.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
